HIPOWER provides customized tools and moulds for our plastic welders, including high frequency welding tools, ultrasonic welding tools, and HF welding and cutting tools. Tool materials can include aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and steel, selected according to the product application and customer requirements.
We can manufacture tools and moulds from your 3D drawings or from a real sample. This helps automotive, medical, stationery, packaging, and other factories match electrode shape, cutting edge, and weld area to their exact part design.
Standard tools are available from stock. For special tools, we typically need 3 to 20 days to develop the solution and finish production. Share your drawing or sample, and we will confirm material, lead time, and fit for your HIPOWER welder.
