High Frequency Welding for Tent & Membrane Structures
HIPOWER high frequency (HF/RF) plastic welders are used across the tent membrane industry for tents, canvas, tarpaulin, PVC membrane, PVC fabric, truck covers, agricultural canvas, canopies, membrane building structures, tent houses, gas storage bags, flexitanks, inflatable boats, inflatable castles, stretched ceiling systems, and other PVC based plastic welding applications.
Wide format fabrics need room to move. Our machines offer generous free space behind the electrode and a deep, wide material feeding area so operators can handle heavy rolls with less repositioning and more consistent seams.
Each welder includes a high sensitivity PL-5557 anti-flash system to protect the machine and moulds, plus a laser light material positioning guide for faster, more accurate alignment on long welds.
