Our HF welding machines are widely used for car carpets, sun visors, heel pads, air and oil filter assemblies, instrument panel (IP) related plastic parts, reflector lights, and sound insulation non woven products. With Auto Tuning (ATS) technology, operators can set target current digitally for more stable welds and less manual adjustment on mixed automotive materials.
HIPOWER equipment helps suppliers improve weld consistency, protect moulds with PL-5557 anti flash protection on HF platforms, and support production standards expected by global OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
