Manufacturers producing transparent PVC, PP, APET, PETG round packaging tubes for candy, gifts, toys, stationery and fishing tools encounter common drawbacks. It supports both glue adhesion and ultrasonic welding in one unit. The PLC touch screen realizes automatic feeding, rolling, bonding and cutting. It ensures stable mass output and flexible production, with comprehensive non-standard customization support.
The whole machine adopts PLC human-machine touch control system for full visualized operation. Plastic rolls are automatically curled into tubes after feeding. Tube diameter, height and bonding time are set on screen. Multiple production recipes can be saved for one-click recall during size changeover, lowering operation difficulty and accelerating model switching for multi-size orders.
Two sealing modes are optional on one machine. PVC and PP tubes can use economical glue bonding; APET, PETG and eco hard plastic films apply solvent-free ultrasonic welding. Both methods deliver tight adhesion without cracks, scratches or deformation. Ultrasonic bonding meets food-grade and cosmetic eco packaging requirements with zero solvent odor.
High-precision photoelectric tracking locates cutting position accurately. All finished tubes feature highly consistent diameter and height, eliminating dimensional deviation caused by manual cutting. Factories reduce sorting labor and reject rate for bulk orders.
Equipped with imported high-performance anti-interference processor and intelligent digital chips. The machine runs stably under complex factory conditions with unstable voltage and multiple nearby devices. It supports 24-hour non-stop mass production with low failure rate for intensive packaging workshops.
Dual working stations enable synchronous edge curling on both tube sides. Feeding forming and edge curling proceed alternately, doubling productivity versus single-side curling machines. It efficiently handles high-volume bulk orders of gift, stationery and fishing gear tubes and shortens unit processing time.
Tube diameter range, height limit, film thickness adaption and station layout can all be customized. Air pressure, machine dimension and feeding direction are adjustable to fit workshop layout. Private-label ODM/OEM is available; customers can add automatic web guiding and auxiliary rewinding units to connect printing and lamination lines for full closed-loop tube production.
