Equipped with PLC touch screen operation system & imported anti-interference digital processor, fast response & accurate positioning. Operators set tube diameter, height and welding time on touch panel with visualized parameters, easy for new workers to operate. Mass produced tubes keep uniform diameter & length, drastically reduce reject rate.
2. Dual Glue & 20K Ultrasonic Welding Compatible for All Materials
Two welding modes switchable freely: water glue bonding for soft PVC rolls; 2000W 20K ultrasonic welding for eco APET & PETG sheets. Firm seamless bonding without glue overflow or whitening, meets food & gift packaging environmental standards, one machine works for all transparent tube raw materials.
3. Auto Single Edge Curling to Eliminate Sharp Cut
Built-in single edge curling unit automatically rounds tube top edge after forming, remove sharp cutting mouth to avoid scratching products and packaging film when packing candy, fishing tackles & ornaments, upgrade product appearance quality. Curling size adjustable synchronously with tube dimension, fit pre-curl height 80~300mm.
4. Photoelectric Tracking Cutting for Zero Size Deviation
Photoelectric sensor tracks feeding roll real-time, accurate cutting positioning, all finished tubes have consistent diameter & length, no mixed irregular tubes, save labor sorting cost.
5. Full Auto Roll Feeding, Integrated Assembly Line
Whole plastic film roll loaded directly on machine, auto feeding, curling, bonding, cutting and edge curling run continuously without pre-cut sheet by hand. Output reaches 500~9000 pcs per hour, 3X higher efficiency than semi-auto machines, support non-stop mass production.
6. Wide Size Compatibility & Full Customization
Tube diameter range 20mm~200mm, pre-curl film height 80mm~300mm, fit film thickness from 0.17mm to 0.5mm for PVC, PP, APET, PETG rolls. Custom options: double edge curling, punching station, widened machine frame, ODM & OEM private label service available.
