Manufacturers in air purification, industrial dust removal and environmental filtration face common challenges when welding non-woven cotton, fabric and PU/TPU composite filter bags. Non-woven materials with fiber impurities easily cause sparking and mould damage. Weak seams lead to dust leakage and air penetration. To solve these pain points, DONGGUAN HIPOWER LTD launches HR-35KWT high frequency pocket air filter welding machine. Equipped with 35KW high-power high-Q oscillation system, it offers three station options: automatic sliding table, automatic rotary table and single-side double sliding table. Specially designed for welding and embossing filter bags made of non-woven cotton, fabric, PU and TPU. With high-sensitivity anti-flash protection and wide temperature control, it handles both large thick filter bags and mass production, with full non-standard customization available.
Equipped with 35KW HF power and premium 8T87RB electron tube running on 13.56MHz industrial frequency, the high-Q oscillation circuit delivers stable and strong output. Optimized for thick non-woven cotton, composite filter media and PU/TPU coated materials, it creates deep, strong fusion with tight, dust-proof seams, meeting high-performance requirements of industrial dust collector bags and large air filter bags.
Three station configurations are available to match filter bag size, daily output and workshop layout:
Automatic Sliding Table: ideal for large and long filter bags with sufficient operating space;
Automatic Rotary Table: suitable for mass production of small-medium filter bags with cyclic multi-station efficiency;
Single-Side Double Sliding Table: enables loading/unloading on one side while welding on the other, minimizing idle time and maximizing productivity.
Standard high-sensitivity 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds for spark-prone non-woven materials. It effectively protects welding moulds and internal core components, reducing maintenance cost of expensive custom moulds and supporting long-time continuous production.
Heating temperature is steplessly adjustable from 30℃ to 200℃, precisely matched to different material thicknesses. It performs both filter bag edge sealing and joint welding, as well as non-woven embossing and forming. One machine covers two processes to improve utilization.
Electrode size, worktable dimension, power rating, station structure and automation level are all customizable. Extended tables for extra-long filter bags and automatic feeding/receiving units for mass production are available. Private-label ODM & OEM service is provided to build dedicated filter bag production lines matching customer product features and workshop layout.
