Manufacturers in industrial dust collection, air purification and environmental filtration face common challenges when welding and embossing non-woven, laminated filter fabric and PU/TPU composite filter bags. 1. Stable 25KW High-Q Oscillation for Reliable Multi-Material Welding

Equipped with 25KW HF power and premium 8T25RA electron tube running on 13.56MHz industrial frequency, the high-Q oscillation circuit delivers uniform and stable energy output. The energy is optimized for non-woven fabric, laminated filter material, PU and TPU composites, creating tight, leak-proof weld seams. It also handles filter bag embossing and forming, combining two processes in one machine to reduce equipment investment.

2. Optional Multi-Station Structures for Different Production Capacities

Three working structure options are available: automatic sliding table, automatic rotary table and single-side double sliding table. Customers can select the best fit based on filter bag size, daily output and workshop layout.

• Sliding table: ideal for large and long filter bags with sufficient operating space;

• Rotary table: suitable for mass production of small and medium-sized filter bags with cyclic multi-station operation;

• Double sliding table: allows loading/unloading on one side while welding on the other, greatly reducing idle time.

3. High-Sensitivity 5557 Anti-Flash Protection Reduces Mould Damage

Standard high-sensitivity 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds when flash occurs (common with fibrous non-woven materials). It effectively protects welding moulds and internal core components, lowering maintenance cost of expensive custom moulds and supporting long-time continuous production.

4. Wide Adjustable Temperature Range for All Fabric Thicknesses

Heating temperature is steplessly adjustable from 30℃ to 200℃, precisely matched to different material thicknesses and properties. Thin non-woven filter bags will not be burnt through, while thick composite materials get sufficient fusion. It ensures consistent weld quality in mass production and reduces reject rates.

5. Full Customization & Complete ODM/OEM Support

Electrode size, worktable dimension, power rating, station quantity and automation level can all be customized.
