1. Stable 25KW HF Output with 8T25RA Electron Tube for Thick Composite Fabric

Equipped with 25KW HF generator and premium 8T25RA electron tube operating at 13.56MHz industrial frequency. High-Q oscillation box delivers consistent and sufficient energy for multi-layer TPU, PVC and laminated non-woven fabric. The integrated weld seam features excellent waterproof and tensile strength, effectively solving seam delamination and water penetration problems of outdoor ice bags, hiking bags and filter sacks under long-term use.

2. Multiple Optional Structures & Full Non-Standard Customization

Three working structures are optional: automatic sliding table, rotary table, single-side double sliding table, selectable according to production rhythm and workpiece shape. All dimensions support deep customization: electrode size, sliding stroke, frame dimension and feeding direction can be tailor-made. Longer table and wider welding zone are available for large-size backpacks and long filter bags.

3. High-Sensitivity 5557 Anti-Flash Protection for Custom Moulds

Standard 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds once abnormal flash occurs, protecting large customized welding moulds and internal electronic components, lowering mould maintenance cost and supporting 24/7 continuous mass production.

4. Auto Sliding Table for Safe Loading & Unloading

The sliding platform carries moulds in/out of the HF working zone. Operators load and unload materials outside the high-frequency area to improve operational safety. Sliding speed and stroke are adjustable, convenient for placing large backpacks and long filter bags and reducing labor intensity.

5. Wide Process Compatibility for Dual Production Lines

One machine supports two major production processes: sealing welding for air filter bags & filter cartridges; edge sealing, embossing and splicing for TPU hiking bags, waterproof storage bags and insulated ice bags. Built-in temperature control system with adjustable range 30℃~200℃ to optimize welding effect for different laminated materials.

Can HR-25KWAT weld thick TPU hiking backpacks and insulated ice bags?

Yes. The 25KW high power provides sufficient energy for deep fusion of multi-layer composite TPU fabric. Weld seams remain waterproof and tight for long-time outdoor water exposure.

Can I switch structure between sliding table and rotary table?

Three types of structures are optional at ordering stage. We can design sliding, rotary or double sliding layout according to your products. Later reconstruction can be evaluated upon request.

Can we customize extra-long worktable for large backpacks and long filter bags?

Yes, electrode dimension and sliding stroke are not limited to standard 800*800mm. We design extended worktable for oversized bags and long filter sacks.

Can one machine produce both filter bags and ice bags?

Yes. Simply replace mould and adjust welding parameters. The temperature control system adapts to both laminated non-woven filter material and TPU composite fabric for flexible mixed production.
