1. 25KW European Oscillation Box for Stable High-Power Output

Equipped with 25KW HF power and premium 8T25RA electron tube running on 13.56MHz industrial frequency, with European standard square HF oscillation cabinet. The solid circuit structure delivers stronger, more stable output with strong anti-interference performance. It achieves deep fusion for thick PVC coated fabric and TPU composite membranes, creating integrated, tear-resistant and waterproof weld seams that meet weather resistance requirements for outdoor engineering projects.

2. Auto Walking Continuous Welding with Customizable Track Length 6m–100m

The welding head moves automatically back and forth along the track for continuous welding, eliminating manual membrane feeding and greatly reducing labor intensity. Worktable track length supports deep non-standard customization. Common options include 6m, 9m, 12m and 15m, and the maximum length can be customized up to 100m. It perfectly fits continuous welding of membrane structure projects, large tents and extra-long tarpaulins. One-pass welding completes the full long seam, reducing leakage risks caused by segmented splicing.

3. PLC Servo Drive & Laser Positioning for Precise Straight Welding

The whole machine adopts PLC control system with servo drive, ensuring stable walking speed and high positioning accuracy. Standard laser light positioning guide helps operators align membranes precisely along the laser line, creating straight and uniform long weld seams without deviation or misalignment. Worktable rollers assist material feeding, making heavy large-size membranes easier to move for convenient and efficient operation.

4. High-Sensitivity Spark Protection & Air Filter for Durability & Mould Protection

Standard high-sensitivity 5557 spark controller cuts HF power within milliseconds when abnormal flash occurs, effectively protecting welding moulds and internal core components. Air intake filtering design filters dust and moisture in workshop air, protecting internal electronic parts, reducing failure rate and extending service life, suitable for complex outdoor factory conditions.

5. Rich Optional Configurations for Customized Function Upgrade

Multiple optional functions are available for customization: ATS (Auto-Tuning-System) can be added to automatically adjust energy output for membranes of different thicknesses for more stable welding quality. Vacuum adsorption worktable is optional to hold membranes firmly during welding, preventing shifting and further improving splicing accuracy of long seams.
