1. 15KW High-Q Oscillation Tube for Stable Multi-Material Performance

Equipped with 15KW HF power and premium 8T85RB electron tube running on 27.12MHz industrial frequency, the high-Q oscillation circuit delivers stable and reliable output. The energy output is optimized for hard-to-weld eco films such as APET/PETG/GAG to achieve firm sealed edges without whitening. For PU and PVC leather, it creates deep, clear and long-lasting embossing patterns. For thick multi-layer materials, it works with customizable cutting force to complete stable die cutting. 2. Double-Station Sliding Table for Higher Productivity

Left and right sliding stations work alternately under a preset program. While one station performs welding and cutting, the other station allows loading and unloading at the same time, eliminating idle waiting time. Compared with single-station models, productivity is significantly improved with lower labor intensity, suitable for continuous mass production of blister packs, leather embossing and thick material cutting orders.

Built-in high-precision temperature control system maintains temperature tolerance within ±2.5℃, adjustable from 30℃ to 200℃. It precisely matches heating temperature for eco films, leather fabrics and multi-layer composite materials, avoiding scorching from overheating or weak bonding from insufficient temperature, ensuring consistent quality in mass production.

5. Customizable Cutting Force 1T–80T for Stable Thick Material Processing

The cutting force can be customized over a wide range from 1T to 80T. Pressure parameters can be configured individually according to material thickness, number of layers, die size and processing technology. Whether for thin eco packaging, medium-thick leather embossing or thick multi-layer material cutting, the machine can match appropriate pressure to ensure flat cuts, clear embossing patterns and low deformation.

6. Optional Press Modes: Pneumatic-Hydraulic or Full Hydraulic

Standard high-sensitivity 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds when abnormal flash occurs.
