No manual fabric pulling required, one single continuous weld covers full-length tarpaulin/membrane edge, cutting production time by over 2/3 compared with traditional segmented processing.

3. PLC Servo Synchronous Drive & Laser Precise Positioning

Adopts PLC servo motion control system with high positioning accuracy, paired with touch screen HMI for easy parameter setup. Standard laser light locates weld path in advance to avoid fabric shifting and uneven seam width, ensuring consistent finished products in mass production.

4. Optional Upgrades for Diverse Production Processes

Two practical optional functions available: ATS Auto-Tuning System automatically matches HF output for different thickness PVC/TPU materials; vacuum adsorption worktable fixes thin soft membrane flat without wrinkles, compatible with both heavy tarpaulin and light landscape film processing.
