To solve these industry pain points, DONGGUAN HIPOWER LTD launches HR-15KW-F2 1150mm deep throat HF bar welder for PVC canvas & membrane. It features a 1150mm deep-throat wide feeding tank, European standard stable oscillation system, laser positioning guide and dual-roller feeding structure. Optimized for continuous splicing of large-area membranes, it widely applies to dozens of scenarios including architectural membrane, outdoor tarpaulin, flexible energy storage and inflatable products. The 1150mm Deep Throat wide feeding tank provides ample depth and width. Large-roll and wide-format PVC/TPU membranes can be fed in full width for continuous long-seam welding without repeated moving or turning. It is especially suitable for continuous splicing of large-area membrane structures and wide tarpaulins, greatly reducing segmented joints, improving seam integrity and waterproof performance while reducing labor intensity.
