For manufacturers of wide-format PVC tarpaulins, tension membranes, inflatable boats and truck covers, standard 750mm throat machines cannot feed wide cloth smoothly, requiring repeated cutting and segmented welding, which leads to excessive seams, poor waterproof performance and low productivity. DONGGUAN HIPOWER LTD has launched the HR-15KW-F2 1150mm extra-wide deep throat high frequency heat sealer. The widened feeding bin allows wide fabric to be fed without cutting, realizing one-step continuous long seam welding. It becomes the preferred upgrade machine for outdoor waterproof fabric factories.

1. Stable 15KW Output with 8T85RB Electron Tube

Equipped with 15KW high-frequency generator and premium 8T85RB tube at 27.12MHz standard frequency. European square oscillation box delivers stronger and more stable power output, supporting long-hour continuous welding for thick PVC canvas and TPU membrane. Weld seams are tight with excellent waterproof and tear resistance.

2. 1150mm Extra-Wide Deep Throat for Unobstructed Feeding

This model features a widened 1150mm deep throat with ample rear space. Both the worktable and bottom bin are fitted with dual-side rollers. Wide tarpaulin and membrane can be fed directly without trimming, completing full-length continuous welding and eliminating segmented splicing.

3. Laser Positioning + Rear Safety Platen

Built-in laser light accurately marks the weld path to prevent fabric shifting and ensure straight seams. The grounding platen is installed behind the welding mould to completely avoid hand injuries for operators, greatly improving workshop safety.

4. 5557 Anti-Flash Protection + Air Intake Dust Filter

High-sensitivity 5557 spark protection instantly cuts off high-frequency power to protect mould and circuits. The air intake filtering system blocks dust, reducing electrical faults and supporting 24-hour non-stop production.

5. Optional Auto-Tuning System for Multi-Material Processing

The optional ATS auto-tuning system automatically adjusts HF power to fit PVC and TPU coated fabrics of different thicknesses. One machine works for both thin landscape film and heavy truck tarpaulin.

6. Full Non-Standard Customization + ODM/OEM Support

Electrode size, pressure and power can be fully customized. Private label OEM service is available, and we can adjust machine structure according to fabric width and seam length to meet personalized production needs for outdoor soft goods.
