Single-station HF machines waste much time on loading/unloading with low productivity. Large inflatable products and wide packaging workpieces cannot be welded in one step due to limited standard table size. Equipped with 15KW HF power and premium 8T85RB electron tube running on 27.12MHz industrial frequency, the high-Q oscillation circuit delivers uniform and stable energy output. The energy is optimized for PVC, PETG blister packs, soft plastic bags and inflatable fabrics, creating firm weld seams and clear embossing patterns. It fits a wide range of processing from thin packaging films to thick inflatable fabrics.

2. Double-Station Sliding Table for Higher Productivity

Left and right sliding stations work alternately under preset program. While one station performs welding, the other station allows loading and unloading at the same time, eliminating idle waiting time. Compared with single-station models, productivity is significantly improved with lower labor intensity, suitable for continuous mass production of blister packs and inflatable product orders.

3. Optional Press Modes for Flexible Process Matching

Three press options are available: pneumatic, hydraulic and pneumatic-hydraulic combined. Customers can select the best solution based on material thickness and processing craft. Pneumatic mode offers fast response and high efficiency for thin blister packaging; hydraulic mode delivers sufficient pressure and stable fusion for thick inflatable products and deep embossing. One machine can be configured to adapt to multi-category production.

Built-in high-precision temperature control system maintains temperature tolerance within ±2.5℃, adjustable from 30℃ to 200℃. It precisely matches heating temperature for plastic sheets and inflatable fabrics of different thicknesses, avoiding scorching from overheating or weak bonding from insufficient temperature, ensuring consistent quality in mass production and reducing reject rates.

Standard high-sensitivity 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds when abnormal flash occurs. It effectively protects welding moulds, embossing dies and internal core components, lowering maintenance cost of expensive custom moulds and supporting 24/7 non-stop factory operation.
