To solve these pain points, DONGGUAN HIPOWER LTD launches HR-15KW-6AC multi-function automatic date stamping + blister + paper card welding machine. It adopts a 6-station automatic rotary table, integrating automatic date coding, HF blister-card sealing and finished product pick-up in one machine. Equipped with servo bullet magazine card feeder, ±10μm precision positioning, high-Q oscillation system and 557 anti-flash protection, with PLC touch screen recipe storage. It is specially designed for eco blister-card packaging, supporting both mass production and flexible multi-SKU changeover, with full non-standard customization available.
The automatic rotating table comes with 6 independent stations, integrating three processes: automatic date stamping, blister-card heat sealing and finished product pickup. Stations work alternately with staggered timing. Operators only load materials on one single station, all other steps are automatic. Single operator manages the whole line, doubling productivity versus single-station equipment for bulk toothbrush, hardware and accessory orders.
The paper card magazine adopts bullet compartment structure driven by servo motor for smooth steady feeding. High-precision divider controls overall positioning tolerance within ±10μm. Sealing and coding positions stay consistent on every finished pack, eliminating reject goods caused by offset printing and misaligned edges and cutting sorting labor cost.
Equipped with 15KW HF power and premium 8T85RB electron tube running on 27.12MHz industrial frequency, the high-Q oscillation circuit delivers stable balanced power. Energy output is optimized for hard-to-weld APET/PETG/GAG eco films, ensuring tight seals without whitening, burning or mould adhesion. Standard high-sensitivity 557 instant anti-flash system cuts HF power within milliseconds, effectively protecting sealing moulds and reducing maintenance cost for long continuous production.
PLC+HMI touch screen manages all parameters including welding time, coding setting, rotary speed and temperature with visualized adjustment. All recipes can be saved and recalled directly for quick product changeover, ideal for flexible production of multiple SKUs. Temperature adjustable between 30℃~200℃ to fit films of different thicknesses.
Station quantity, electrode dimension, rotary table size, coding style and pickup mechanism can all be customized freely. Power range optional from 8KW to 15KW, private label ODM & OEM service available.
