1. Stable 15KW HF Output Optimized for Thick Eco Plastic Sheets

Equipped with 15KW HF generator and premium 8T85RB electron tube running on 27.12MHz industrial frequency. High-Q oscillation circuit provides consistent power specially tuned for APET/PETG/GAG hard eco plastic. Thick transparent blisters gain tight sealed edges without whitening, burning or mould adhesion, meeting long-term mass production requirements of food-grade and cosmetic eco packaging.

2. 6-Station Rotary Cycle, 3 Processes Fully Automated

The rotating table comes with six independent stations to realize automatic date stamping, blister-card heat sealing and finished product pickup. All processes run alternately with staggered timing. Operators only load materials on one single station, all other steps are automatic. Single operator manages the whole line, doubling productivity versus single-station equipment for bulk toothbrush and hardware orders.

3. Servo Bullet Feeding, ±10μm Precision Positioning for High Yield

Paper card feeding adopts bullet magazine structure driven by servo motor for smooth steady feeding. High-precision divider controls overall positioning tolerance within ±10μm. Sealing and date coding stay consistent on every finished pack, eliminating reject goods caused by offset printing and misaligned edges and cutting sorting labor cost.

4. 5557 Anti-Flash Protection Prevents Mould Damage for Eco Material

Built-in high-sensitivity 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds when flash occurs (common during eco PETG/APET processing). It reliably protects customized sealing moulds, oscillation tubes and internal circuits, reducing mould replacement cost and supporting 24-hour non-stop factory operation.

5. PLC Touch Screen Intelligent Control with Storable Recipes

PLC+HMI touch screen manages all parameters including welding time, coding setting, rotary speed and temperature with visualized adjustment. All recipes can be saved and recalled directly for quick product changeover, ideal for flexible production of multiple SKUs. Temperature adjustable between 30℃~200℃ to fit films of different thickness.

6. Full Customization & Complete ODM/OEM Support

Station quantity, electrode dimension, rotary table size, coding style and pickup mechanism can all be customized freely. Power range optional from 8KW to 15KW, private label ODM & OEM service available.
