3. Precise Indexing with ±10μm Position Tolerance

High precision divider controls positioning error within ±10μm, uniform cutting & sealing dimension for bulk blister products, eliminate reject goods with misaligned edge and uneven size, greatly save labor sorting cost and raise finished yield rate.

4. Optional Synchronous Cutting Function, Customizable 1T~80T Cutting Pressure

Optional one-step weld & cut function, cutting pressure adjustable from 1T to 80T; two pressure modes: pneumatic-oil or full hydraulic, max clamping pressure up to 30T. Finished edge smooth and burr-free without secondary trimming after one single operation.
