Equipped with 10KW high-frequency oscillator and premium E3069 electron tube, the machine works at standard 27.12MHz frequency. The welding seam features high strength, excellent waterproof and tear resistance, fully meeting requirements of various bags.

2. Dual-Station Automatic Slide for Higher Output

The automatic slide structure with mechanical interlock enables alternating operation of two stations. Operators can load materials and process products at the same time without waiting. The output is more than doubled compared with single-station machines, perfect for mass production.

3. One-Step Welding & Cutting

Built-in synchronous cutting function combines two procedures into one. The cutting pressure is adjustable from 1T to 80T. The rigid body ensures smooth, burr-free cutting edges. It eliminates secondary trimming work, cuts labor cost and reduces reject rate.

4. Precise Temperature Control within ±2.5℃

The temperature ranges from 30℃ to 200℃ with an error of only ±2.5℃. Users can adjust temperature according to fabric material and thickness to avoid deformation and weak welds, fully guaranteeing waterproof performance.

5. Dual Pressure Modes for Versatile Processes

Two pressure options are available: pneumatic-hydraulic and full hydraulic pressure, with a maximum pressure of 15T. It adapts to soft rubber welding, thick material welding and synchronous cutting, covering all common processes for outdoor bags.

6. 5557 Anti-Flash System for Safe & Durable Operation

The high-sensitivity 5557 anti-flash system cuts off HF output instantly once abnormal spark occurs, protecting molds and internal components. The machine supports 24-hour non-stop operation, with long service life and low maintenance cost.

7. Full Customization & ODM/OEM Service

We provide full customization on electrode size, slide travel, cutting pressure and temperature range. ODM and OEM services are also available to match different sizes and styles of outdoor bags.
