1. Stable 10KW Output with E3069 Electron Tube

Equipped with 10KW HF oscillator and premium E3069 tube at standard 27.12MHz frequency. Stable HF output perfectly welds PVC, TPU, PU thermoplastic materials with tight, waterproof and tearproof seams for thin stationery and thick automotive fabrics.

2. Dual Pedal Drive & Alternating Dual-Station Operation

Mechanical interlock plus preset program enables two working heads operate alternately. Operators load raw material on one station while welding on another, nearly doubling output compared with single-pedal machine; foot control avoids hand compression for easy operation.

3. High-Precision Temp Control within ±2.5℃

Adjustable temperature range:30℃~200℃ with ±2.5℃ tolerance, effectively prevent overburning, deformation and cold weld on thin materials and improve finished product rate.

4. Multiple Pressure Options Available for Sync Cutting

Optional pneumatic/hydraulic/combined pressure; standard clamping pressure 350KGS, cutting pressure customizable from 350KGS to 5T, available for independent heat sealing or one-step weld & cut forming.

5. High-Sensitivity 5557 Anti-Flash Protection System

Standard 5557 spark protection instantly cuts off HF output during abnormal spark, protecting mould and inner electronic parts to lower maintenance cost for long-time daily production.

6. Full Non-Standard Customization + ODM/OEM Support

Custom electrode size, head stroke and pressure parameters, OEM private label service available for irregular products.
