The machine features a 750mm deep throat structure with large free space behind the bin and dual-side rollers, enabling smooth feeding of large-format materials such as tarpaulins and canvas. No need for section cutting, directly performing long-distance continuous welding, greatly improving production efficiency and avoiding splicing marks caused by section welding.

3. High-Sensitivity 5557 Anti-Flash + Laser Positioning

A standard high-sensitivity 5557 anti-flash protection system instantly cuts off high-frequency output when abnormal sparking occurs, effectively protecting the welding mold and internal electronic components. It also has a built-in laser light positioning device to assist precise alignment, avoiding material deviation and ensuring every weld is uniform and straight.

4. Dual-Side Rollers for Smooth Feeding

Both the worktable and the bottom of the bin are equipped with dual-side rollers, reducing resistance when feeding large-format tarpaulins and canvas, lowering manual pulling intensity, avoiding material pulling deformation, and ensuring uniform feed speed and consistent weld width.

5. Air Intake Filter + Safety Grounding Platen
