As part of HIPOWER's full custom HF product line, its lower electrode and worktable are fully customizable to match product shapes. Equipped with European standard square oscillation cabinet and high-sensitivity anti-flash protection, it solves welding difficulties for various long, cylindrical and curved plastic workpieces. It also handles flat membrane welding, with full non-standard customization available.
Equipped with 10KW HF power and premium E3069 electron tube running on 27.12MHz industrial frequency, with European standard square oscillation cabinet. The robust anti-interference circuit delivers stronger and more stable output. It achieves deep molecular fusion for PVC and TPU cylinder fabrics with high seam strength and excellent sealing, meeting pressure, waterproof and airtight requirements of industrial hoses and flexible containers.
The lower electrode worktable is fully customizable to product shape with multiple structure options. Dedicated electrodes and supporting fixtures are designed according to cylinder diameter, tube length and workpiece curvature. Workpieces fit tightly with uniform consistent weld seams, solving poor contact and missed weld issues of standard flat machines, and adapting to various long tube and curved workpieces.
Standard high-sensitivity 5557 instant anti-spark system cuts HF power within milliseconds when abnormal flash occurs, effectively protecting custom cylinder moulds and internal core components, reducing maintenance cost of expensive custom moulds. Air intake filtering design keeps dust and moisture away from electronic components, extending service life.
Multiple optional functions are available: ATS auto-tuning system automatically adapts energy output for different material thicknesses and types for more stable welding quality and less manual tuning. Machine power is selectable from 5KW to 35KW to fit thin packaging tubes to thick industrial hoses. Laser light positioning device is optional for more accurate workpiece placement.
Ground pressure plate protection structure with front guard prevents operators from reaching the welding zone. The machine complies with industrial safety standards. Loading and unloading of long tube workpieces is convenient, balancing efficiency and safety for long-time continuous factory operation.
