HIPOWER HR-10KW-C Ultra Deep Throat HF Welder: 1500mm Wide Throat For Continuous Welding Large Tarpaulin & Membrane

For manufacturers of large membrane structures, truck tarpaulins, big outdoor tents, flexible gas tanks and inflatable pontoons, ordinary small deep throat HF machines cannot load full-length fabric rolls, resulting in numerous splice seams, poor waterproof performance and heavy manual labor, severely limiting production capacity.

To solve this industry pain point, DONGGUAN HIPOWER LTD launches HR-10KW-C 1500mm deep throat high frequency heat sealer, featuring 1500mm huge rear free space and extra long electrode table, realizing one-pass continuous welding for full-length tarpaulin and tension membrane.

1. Stable 10KW HF Output with E3069 Tube & European Oscillator Box

Equipped with 10KW HF generator and premium E3069 electron tube at standard 27.12MHz frequency. Adopts European standard square oscillatory cabinet, delivering steady and sufficient power for 24/7 continuous welding of thick PVC tarpaulin and heavy tension membrane. Weld seam is tight, waterproof and tear-resistant, meeting engineering-grade outdoor standard.

2. 1500mm Ultra Deep Throat & Extra Long Electrode Table

The biggest highlight is the 1500mm wide free space behind the machine, much larger than standard 750mm throat models. Matched with 200*1300mm upper electrode (max mould length up to 1500mm), full fabric rolls can be fed through directly without repeated cutting, completing full-length single continuous weld and reducing water-leaking splice joints.

3. Dual-Side Rollers on Table & Bottom for Smooth Feeding

Both worktable and rear throat bottom are fitted with dual transport rollers, greatly reduce pulling resistance of heavy canvas and thick membrane fabric. Single operator can feed long material easily without wrinkle, deformation or uneven weld width.

4. Laser Positioning + 5557 Anti-Flash Double Protection

Built-in laser light guide device for fast alignment of long fabric, avoid crooked welds; standard 5557 instant spark protection cuts HF power within milliseconds once flash occurs, protecting long mould and internal circuits, lower reject rate and mould maintenance cost.

5. Safe & Durable Design For Harsh Workshop Environment

1. Rear-mounted ground pressing platen to prevent hand crush & burn injury for operators;

2. Air intake filter blocks workshop dust to protect inner electronic components and extend machine service life;

3. Optional auto-tuning system, power range from 5KW to 35KW available for different fabric thickness.
