HR-100KWT adopts a 100KW high-frequency generator and premium imported 9T94A electron tube, running on dedicated 13.56MHz industrial frequency. The high-Q oscillation circuit delivers consistent abundant energy to support long-hour non-stop production. Multi-layer thick PVC/TPU fabrics can achieve deep sufficient fusion with integrated weld seams, excellent waterproof and tear resistance to satisfy long-term immersion requirements of large pressure-bearing inflatable products.

2. Heavy-Duty Gantry Frame, Fully Customizable for Oversized Workpieces

Built with high-strength heavy gantry frame for stable operation. All dimensions support full customization: length & width of upper/lower electrodes, worktable size and head stroke can be individually designed according to maximum workpiece dimension. It realizes one-step integrated welding & embossing for extra-large fabric, eliminating water leakage risks caused by segmented splicing. Power range can be selected flexibly from 50KW to 100KW to match exclusive production process.

3. High-Sensitivity 5557 Anti-Flash Protection for Large Custom Moulds

Standard 5557 instant spark protection cuts HF power within milliseconds once abnormal flash occurs, effectively protecting large customized welding moulds and internal precision electronic components, greatly lowering damage risk of expensive large moulds and supporting 24/7 continuous mass production.

4. Multiple Optional Modules for Flexible Configuration

Optional functional modules can be selected freely according to materials and crafts: upper & lower electrode heating unit, ATS auto-tuning system, circulating cooling system. Standard pressure mode is pneumatic drive, hydraulic upgrade available for ultra-thick materials and deep 3D embossing. It supports sealing welding of inflatable goods, carpet embossing and mattress composite welding.

5. Controllable Press System for Uniform Pressure Distribution

Standard pneumatic driving mode provides stable adjustable clamping force, maximum pressure reaches 2T. Hydraulic upgrade is available for ultra-thick materials and deep embossing, ensuring even pressure distribution on large workpieces and avoiding local cold weld or insufficient fusion.

Can HR-100KWT be customized with extra-large table to weld one whole sheet fabric for giant inflatable pool?

Yes. Worktable and electrode size are not limited to standard dimensions. We design the size strictly based on your maximum inflatable product, supporting one-piece continuous welding and minimizing water leakage risks from splicing.

Can it fully weld multi-layer thick TPU floating mat to avoid water leakage during long-time usage?
