Traditional plastic joining processes such as gluing, heat staking and screw fastening face common pain points: gluing delivers low strength, ages easily and contains chemical solvents; screw assembly has low efficiency, poor sealing and uneven appearance. Equipped with high-performance anti-interference microprocessor and digital intelligent control system, it features auto frequency tuning, stepless amplitude with 1% step and multiple intelligent fault protections. Built-in auto-tuning system automatically tracks and locks optimal working frequency after power-on, detects and corrects frequency deviation in real time. No manual frequency tuning is required. It quickly adapts after changing products or molds, greatly reducing operator skill requirements and changeover time for higher continuous productivity.
Ultrasonic amplitude is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 100% with precise 1% increments. It precisely matches energy output for plastics of different melting points and thicknesses such as ABS, PC, acrylic and PP: thin parts avoid burn-through and flash, while thick parts achieve deep molecular fusion with high strength and consistency, suitable for multi-category plastic processing.
Adopting imported high-performance anti-interference processor and digital intelligent chip, the machine operates stably under complex workshop conditions. Built-in intelligent protection system triggers audible and visual alarm automatically in case of power overload, over-temperature, excessive frequency deviation, horn damage and over-current. It effectively protects the ultrasonic generator and horn, reducing failure rate and extending service life.
Standard horn stroke is 75mm. Horn gap is manually adjusted via slider + hard track screw with precise adjustment and firm locking, suitable for workpieces of different heights. Air-cooled horn maintains low temperature rise during long continuous operation, stable performance for multi-shift mass production in factories.
Ultrasonic power, horn size & stroke, fixtures, control mode and automation level can all be customized.
