2. Automatic Slide Design for Higher Efficiency

The slide runs smoothly and positions accurately, ensuring the uniformity of long-distance welds and avoiding errors and rework caused by manual operation.

The machine is equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, with a temperature tolerance range of ±2.5℃. It can accurately adjust the welding temperature, effectively avoiding material overheating deformation or weak welds caused by insufficient temperature, especially suitable for processing temperature-sensitive PVC/TPU coated fabrics.
4. Pneumatic Pressure Mode for Stable Performance
The machine adopts pneumatic pressure mode with a maximum pressure of 350KGS. The pressure output is stable and uniform, ensuring consistent material stress during large-area welding, resulting in flat and beautiful welds without bubbles or weak welds, with high finished product consistency.
5. High-Sensitivity 5557 Anti-Flash Protection System
A standard high-sensitivity 5557 anti-flash protection system instantly cuts off high-frequency output when abnormal sparking occurs, effectively protecting the welding mold and internal electronic components, reducing production waste and extending the service life of the equipment.
